We had an agent who used to only door knock and text his leads.

Built out a simple Dialer/crm platform and he bought 100 aged digital marketing leads last week.

Wrote $4000 in AP by only texting his leads to get them on the phone and close them by phone.

I think that the combination of calls and texts are important now days as folks don't answer their phone if they don't know the number.

As crazy as it sounds I don't. If you didn't make into my CRM and jump into my contacts... your going to need to leave a message or text. Just saying.

?? "my CRM" ?? I use the CAM system, and it is a simple drop to outlook contacts.

I've got a Zapier integration. Anytime someone opts into a landing page or goes to calendly, it auto drops them into my CRM and outlook/google contacts. It saves them as a contact in my phone too.
