What is your 1rm Barbell Bench Press?

I'm doing reps @ 335 so probably a 400+ 1rm. Not bad for an old closer.

How about your Barbell Back Squat & Barbell Deadlift? Respectable?

Current 1RM is 360lbs. My squat is 360lbs and my deadlift is 325lbs.

I'm hoping to get to 400lbs on the bench by the end of the year, good job old closer ;)

I think Thad weighs maybe 140. Although I have never lifted him nor would I, it certainly wouldn't be hard :)

My ultra training weight is 142. ( ? ) my walking around drinking weight is 160.

The mere fact you can't hit 400 is weak. I am embarrassed to even know you. Maybe if you were strict on your diet.

160 is definitely more than I thought for you.

I too am embarrassed that I cannot hit 400. I did something to my left elbow about a year ago. I don't exactly know the issue. I know for sure there is that there is some soft tissue damage that will inevitably require surgery to fix. I can't workout my triceps at all because of it. Its been a year since I have done tris at all. The pain would just be too unbearable if I did. Plus I think it would only further injure my elbow if I did try to push through it.

Ill fix it one day and get to my goal of being able to do 400, 400, 400. Only thing left is bench and then Ill have it :) For those of you who read this and wonder why I need to fix my elbow in order to hit my bench goal of 400. Triceps are a big secondary muscle involved in a persons bench press. The inability to work out my tris at all, greatly hinders my ability to increase my bench max. It slowly but surely goes up, but its ultra freakin slow.

Id give this all up though if I could eat like you and still remain thin. I would absolutely love to eat whatever I wanted whenever I wanted. God that would be amazing. It would basically be the diet that fat people have. O well, that just isn't in the cards for me.
