First Set of DM Leads

Curiosity has gotten the better of me. Please tell.

Keeps an electric heater beside his bed, he can roll over to the table beside his bed and somehow with his tongue he could remove a cig from the pack, then use his lips to move the filter to his mouth, he then stretched his neck out to the heater and lit the cig. Damnest thing I've ever seen, if it was legal I would have shot a video.

Cmon lol. How did he sign the app?

How did it go?

I door knocked leads from noon till about 5. Sold the last house. Only $30/month in premium. Pretty crappy day. Hope yours was better

Your day actually ended up being better than mine, lol. Had other appointments scheduled and had to deliver a couple of policies, so I only had time to go by two leads and neither one of them were home. Here's what the first one looked like, lol.

Not bad...at least they have air conditioning(not sure about electricity, I see an extension cord, maybe they're stealing their neighbor's).

Definitely go back to that one. You already know they're not wasting money on unimportant shitt like a nice house. Probably buyers.

I sold one to a guy once that lived in a camper and it wasn't a big nice one either. He didn't get approved though. :-(

This is the same one that underlined "Free Information" two or three times on the card. Went back today and still not home, so I suppose he still works in his 70's! Not much accomplished today either. The same two weren't home so I suppose I'll have to call them after hours. Talked to 3 others who wanted me to come back another day so I've got times to go back on those days. Talked to another guy and he said he was on his lunch hour and for me to call him in a couple of hours so he wouldn't have to meet with me because he had plenty of insurance already. I did call him and at 61 he's simply pre-looking for coverage in case his life insurance he's got through work goes up once he retires. Had another one that told me she was headed out but would be back at 2 this afternoon. Came back and no one was home. Called her and she said "her husband was not interested at this time." I said well, you were interested or you wouldn't have sent the card in! "Well, he's not ready now", she said. That's without hearing really anything I had to say, no prices, talking about insurance, nothing.:nah:

We all have crappy days, just hang in there! Speak with your mentor and keep the motivation flowing, and don't even think about surrendering!

Crappy people have crappy days. Successful people know how to keep the same attitude whether their cashing checks or doing the grunt work it takes to gather them.
