For those of you using NORVAX...

Re: Info on Norvax quote please

PPC Advertising Sounds good to most Agents, because thats what they have been told over and over from Agents that first started in the Online Boom, and they Tout to this day, dont buy leads from banner Ads, Pop-ups-only PPC, or leads for a free Ipod (Co-registration leads) All the Major Companies that you know, use affiliates that use Co-registration, so folks you are still getting the junk, even though they say they dont. Proven Statistics in Marketing, show Low conversion rates to clients from PPC Ads.(3yrs Ago-just the opposite) Most Insurance Lead sites have not been in the business long enough to achieve high organic ratings, or High Page Rank, and relevant Back-Links, So they spend on PPC and to fill the (huge gaps) to get the Huge Volume they use Huge Affiliate pushers, and Co-registration Leads.

Think about yourself for a moment, when you are looking for, or searching online to get information about a product or service. Yes it is proven that our eyes go to the right immediately, but most Savoy Educated web surfers know that all the advertising columns are to the right, They want the Meat and Potatoes, so they read the Searches and information, from the Organic Results. Not many Major Players in the Lead Market have established Page Rank, except for a few, NETQUOTE, INSUREME, so that explains some of the quality of leads received and converted from these companies. But, Since they are a Large Volume Buyer and Seller, You never know, what your going to get, or never how was this Lead Developed, and very oversold to pick up their losses from the Huge PPC advertising this outfits spend. Your never going to be satisfied or get the results that you want from buying Health Insurance Leads from these companies.

Re: Info on Norvax quote please

My question still stands... If I use Norvax and their Broker office, do I need to purchase another CRM system for long term client relations or can I use Broker office to handle drip campaigns, birthday reminders, etc (since retention is important to our $$$ as well).

Re: Info on Norvax quote please

I don't think Norvax system will allow you to accomplish what you want easily. I asked a similar question, could I use different drip campaigns for different sets of clients/prospects and the answer was not easily.

Re: Info on Norvax quote please

If you want your CRM to remember birthdays, anniversarys, etc you will need something in addition to Norvax or Quotit.

The drip marketing you can do with either is send out an updated proposal at given intervals up to 12 months out as a reminder.

Re: Info on Norvax quote please

Thanks Somarco,

Do you have any suggestions?

To the board,

I just got off of a demo with both Norvax and Quotit. Quotit is better for my needs. For any one interested they already have a contract with Assurant (why you see the shortterm showing up) but they were having trouble intergrating the system with them.

The rep told me (could me jerking me off) that the quote engine would have Assurant by the end of February.

They also have a lead network for you to be able to sell your out of state leads (don't know how effective it is though)...

Re: Info on Norvax quote please

Carriers do not give their rate system to Norvax/Quotit, but rather allow them (N/Q) to access the carrier engine through a back door interface. Sometimes when I run quotes Humana will not show up. The problem is not with Quotit but the Humana server.

It is usally rectified in a matter of hours.

Same with GR. I had days when I couldn't get any GR numbers to show up and times when it would display all but the HSA plans.

Quotit has been trying to get Time for several months. Frankly, it doesn't matter to me if they ever get them.

But I do use them for STM along with GR.

As for a CRM, Frank Statsny has YIO which I understand is an outstanding system. Do a search for YIO or Your Insurance Office and you will find several threads.
