For those of you using NORVAX...

Peeler, get off your butt and get this sorted out.
How do you expect me to run quotes, using your website, if they are not going to be accurate.
If this keeps up I will have to purchase my own Norvax system.

Can't address Norvax, since I have not used them in over a year.

Quotit has similar issues when rates are updated. I can send out a quote for a May 1 date. When you change to a June effective date some of the carriers disappear.

Had that happen with Aetna and GR. Both carriers went POOF. I emailed Quotit and they were back online in a day.

They still don't have Time right but that is partly because Time has over 3000 options (but Quotit only has data loaded on 1400 or so).

Quotit (and I believe Norvax does the same) does not have rates but rather accesses the carriers intranet to generate the proposal. If something is wrong with the server (as has happened with Humana and GR) then Quotit can't do anything about it.

Auto Responder With Norvax

real quick, does anyone have norvax auto responder? if so: 1) what was the set-up fee u paid? 2) how much do u pay a month for that feature? 3) is the responder worth it?

thanks

Re: Auto Responder With Norvax

I was offered the auto-responder for a $99.00 setup fee and a monthly charge of $79.00. I declined to purchase it so I can't tell you its efficiency.

Re: Auto Responder With Norvax

I had the responder free for the last 60 days via USPC. I am not sold on it. I only customized the first two messages. It is only as good as the message, or maybe not, since since a low percentage of people even open the messages.

I would say it depends on your lead volume. I am involved in too many other things to get the number of leads you need pumping into the quote eng. I probably only buy 50 leads a month. If you are buying 10 or more a day, it would probably pay off.

I have used it for over a year, took me awhile to really understand how to use it effectively and like the earlier post, what you message is.

Pm me and I will be more than happy to explain my results or use.
