For those of you using NORVAX...

Re: Question For Norvax Or Quotit Owners...

Another option is Agent Toolbox - literally every carrier:

Online Agent Network :: Prosperity Through Technology

This does not look like a comparison service, just looks like a bunch of carrier web sites all connected together into one browser. What can you do with this that you can't do with bookmarks? Maybe I'm missing something- can you create one proposal showing multiple carriers' products side by side using this Agent Toolbox, like you can with Quotit or Norvax?

Re: Question For Norvax Or Quotit Owners...

Insurint, a new quoting system, uses standard rates. If the applicant qualifys for preferred it will let you know and change that rate, automatically.

Re: Question For Norvax Or Quotit Owners...

anyone using Word and Brown as their primary quoting system? Their agency pro does much of what Broker office from Norvax does as well, i believe

Re: Question For Norvax Or Quotit Owners...

Word & Brown bought Quotit. Is this what you are referring to or is there another engine they use?

Re: Question For Norvax Or Quotit Owners...

Word and Brown had their own quote engine, called agency pro. Not to bad, but not complete either. My assumption is part of the reason they bought quotit! was to get out of the quote engine business, or more specifically, to have a separate entity deal with this.

I think Agency Pro cost $99 a month, but its waived if you place a certain amount of business with them, and it also seems to be waived if you sign up. They keep extending the free time, which I think is because it's not as complete as they wanted it to be.

Re: The Golden Rule Norvax Offer - Good Deal??

Hi guys,

I run the USPC program for Norvax - if you have any questions, feel free to contact me directly. Thanks.

hey DJ I've got some questions for you.

I'm sure you guys have your reasons for stuff you do, but why I left norvax is I found out that everybody was getting a different deal --and mine sucked as it so happened.

quotit may be doing the same thing behind my back and if so, when I find out, I'll dump them too -- hire me a pretty girl to generate quotes--at least I'll have something decent to look at while quotes are generating.

and the sign up "fee" was such obvious BS -- nothing more than sales commish for mr. mcnally. (geez, everyone wants commish--wonder why that is?)

I predict the new kid on the block is going to overcome norvax & quotit within 2 years at least based on their initial set up.

Re: The Golden Rule Norvax Offer - Good Deal??

By "new kid" I assume you mean Insurint.

Remains to be seen how effective they will be, moving into different states and garnering contracts with carriers. They will also need to expand their base beyond AHCP agents if that is to be a profitable venture.

Ok, I'll admit, I can't spell and I'm just a dumb 'ol Texan... but magic at the poker table I might add... But here is my stupid question.... I have been with Norvax for about 2 years. I send quotes out daily. The end of April I sent out my quotes and then when someone tried to click on the plan it said: "quote outdated, please re-emter information for new quote" . OK, the client would be forced to enter, name, phone email age of all family members just to see what I sent 2 or 3 days ago. Also, it then produces all 1100 plans I work with... WTF? Norvax says its because of new rates from the carriers, I say B.S.... Has this been happining all along, I don;t think it has, I have not noticed it.....or is this something new at norvax? and if so, does quotit do the same thing?
