For those of you using NORVAX...

Norvax Users...

How long did it take you to get setup?

They told me I would be up today, but I have heard nothing from them... not a good way to start our relationship...

Over promise and under reward...

Re: Norvax Users...

Their customer service has been hit or miss for me.

Sometimes, problem solved while I'm on the phone, sometimes no response for 2 to 3 days.

If you set up an e-mail account through them for your site check that mailbox.

Norvax ...the thread....combined into one.

Ok, this is my last Norvax thread...

I'm curious what you TX users have setup as far as carrier filters?

I don't want 300 quotes to spit out if someone goes to my site, but I don't want to limit options either. What are your general thoughts on this?

Thanks!

Re: Texas Norvax Users

It depends what you sell.

Aetna, BCBS, Humana, Unicare, United / GR, Assurant - that is all of the big players - you can filter to your liking.

I usually don't show much on the low deductible side and right now we do not show Assurant or Humana, and United / GR is expensive in most of Texas.

Which leaves Aetna and BCBS - Unicare if you sell that.

Re: Texas Norvax Users

I'm not in TX but am new to Norvax and wondering the same thing. Norvax rep recommended limiting what I show to about four or five plans from each carrier. But I can't decide which ones?

I'm working with the same carriers you are... Do you think it's worth having Time and GR on my site to make the less expensive plans stand out?

It sounds like you're just as happy with Unicare as I am right now...

Re: Texas Norvax Users

the great thing about spreadsheeting the carriers on Norvax is exposing the ones with rates out of whack. Something is only a good deal compared to a bad deal.

No because they will not always be the least expensive, a lot is area driven.

When the CFO resigns with $112 million, yet they have to cut my commissions? You must be joking.

There is one real simple way to lose my business - take my money away.

I'll leave it at that as I am still evaluating their place in my business.

Try my Norvax Filters...

Well, I just got my Norvax today and I'm working on customizing it...

I was getting a rediculous amount of quotes at first, so I've reduced them down quite a bit. Please let me know of any recommendations on the filtering. I don't have it down 100% so I might be missing a plan that's needed.
