I agree, I use to hound my friends, but it just makes them mad. I mostly have just let a lot of my friends know I am in the business, and they will 85 percent of the time come to me for a quote when there ready...

I generate my own leads using Google. The treat is to setup some websites and then promote them on other websites like business directories.
