Has anyone beside me had trouble making changes on a website from The Website Shoppe (Crabcake Johnny). I cannot make any changes to my pages and having a lot of difficulty getting John Petrowski, the owner of The Website Shoppe to make the changes for me. Before he built the website one of the selling points was that I would be able to make changes on my web pages any time I wanted to. Has not turned out that way. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Steve your update will be done by late tomorrow afternoon. You sent me edits on the 10th which was 4 business days ago. In the mean time I replied to your email on the 12th stating my target date was Monday. I also took care of previous edits in an extremely timely fashion for you.
