Godaddy Lost All Saved Emails!

Had a similar issue a few years. Only lost email for a few days until their back up server restored everything. Taught me a lesson.

Using MailStore + Carbonite makes life much better.

Thank you Somarco for the heads up with mailstore. I have been using carbonite for years now, set it and forget it until you need it for $50 bucks its a no brainer. I am going to download and set up mailstore tomorrow....

Do you have a CRM that saves all the emails?

If you're cute you can do what mailstore does for free by using crontab and rsync or lftp.

Does take some linux knowledge.

This happened to me before:

Go to your email - go to personal settings - then security. Make sure the box after Use Full-Time SSL Mode: is checked.

I also experienced this issue but they just simply sent me a notification to my alternative email regarding my lost email that they retrieved from their database. But in your case, it seems like this is a serious issue between you and Godaddy.
