This is what I don't get:

If you rarely have a client leave you, why not stay advanced?

I would suggest you go back and read the total content of the post again... then you will get it... you might want to pay special attention to the part that speaks about people that train agents for a fee... that could explain why u are questioning it

In my case there's a tad more benefits then just training for a fee. We just got CNA E&O for $400 annual 1M/1M. Not bad?
