Guaranteed Issue for Applicant on Dialysis?

So how does that excuse posting blatantly incorrect information? Also, independent agents can sell Vantis, which is priced almost identical to MOO.

"Blatantly Incorrect" ?

What's blatantly incorrect? I'd be happy to correct it.

The Kemper product is good for one thing, people between the ages of 40-49. Other than that I can't see why anyone would sell it. We have the contract for that reason but honestly how much GI business is out there for that age bracket? Not much.

Well as long as everyone only sells the lowest price of anything, I guess that'd be true, and there wouldn't be a need for any other companies or opportunities. I also like the fact that Kemper advances 9 months. That's helpful for some agents.

Vantis advances 12 months. I don't see any reason to sell Kemper unless someone likes purposely selling something that's drastically higher priced. My experience with these types of clients is that they've got enough problems, why charge them more when you don't have to? An agent is just asking to be replaced.

Start with the MOO rates. They are wrong. Instead of being quite a bit higher than Kemper, they are quite a bit lower.

Actually those are United of Omaha modified rates, as was provided in the marketing materials from Kemper. It clearly states what's compared right above the rates.

If you have access to the Mutual of Omaha guaranteed issue rates, feel free to post them. I'm sure it would help someone out there.

So it is still misleading. When people think GI and MOO, they think of the GI they offer. Also, their rates are freely available on their website.

Since you are the marketer, perhaps you should put some work into this. If agents choose to sell Kemper over Vantis, that is their choice. But don't make it because you intentionally misled them.

Did not mislead anyone by providing marketing material that has been provided by a carrier. But I hope you have a great weekend!

my 2 cents.

I sell a little GI and near GI. A lot more under age 50 than you would think out there. My latest under 50 were, Alcoholic, Sickle cell, Dialysis, Mental Illness and Cancer. All of these were referrals.

If over 50 and I think that they are not going to make 2 years I send them to MoO. I am in business, Charge backs are bad for business. If under 50 and I do not think they will make two years I may write them. Case by case.

If I am close in premium to MoO but higher. I am probably going to write it and get paid. I truly believe the family is better off with me as their agent than some clerk at MoO. And again, I am in business. I normally have other business with the family or will.

I do not sell price first and I am rarely replaced. I think taking advance on GI business would not be bright on my part.

Anyone have a good list of under age 50 companies?

You're the one on here marketing for Kemper, so yes, you are misleading by using their misleading material.

Don't get mad at me that your dishonesty got called out.

At least you're not personally and emotionally invested in the outcome. I wish you the best in your valiant truth-fighting vigilantism for Vantis.

And I'm definitely not "mad". Amused a little, but not mad at all at what you post here on your computer.

Seems to me, if anything I would be fighting for MOO, as they are the company you are misleading others about.

So you admit that you intentionally tried to deceive agents so they would contract under you for Kemper?
