Has Anybody Worked for LTC Financial Partners?

Why don't you try?

I am just being honest. Not trying to find fault.

But if an agent is self generating or buying his own leads, why would he take less than what he currently gets?

And what is that, pray tell? Post your #s. Tell us how much you spend on leads. What your placement rate is. What volume of leads are you getting. How do you convert... We can then compare with what Irena is posting and see ...

Irena,
Thanks for stepping in and answering some questions. If any members here have additional questions and/or concerns regarding LTCFP, they should contact you directly.

THANK YOU. Someone sane steps in - that's what I have been saying -- LTCFP people are best equipped to answer these questions.

I responded to CALTCAgent's questions but my post is not showing up. I received a message saying that it has to be approved by a moderator.

I don't spend anything on LTC leads anymore. I have just found it doesn't make sense right now for me. I have been in business for 16 years and am working from referrals.

I have done my share of marketing in the past. I am just looking at the numbers that were provided here. If you have different numbers then please share them.

I think the dilemma is that the ROI for new agents will be too low in this system. Almost always leading to a revolving door.

However for an experienced agent the dilemma is why lose 15% on first year compensation yr. 1 & 6% for following years on Self generated business. (SGB)

Example:

50K premium. Yr. 1 = $7,500 lost
50K renewals Yr. 2 = $3,000 lost + $7,500 (Yr. 2-1st Yr. compensation)

Over 2 years

$18,000 lost in lowered compensation on SGB

Beautiful. Why would you be looking to join anything? If you don't need to do marketing anymore, and could care less about joining a community of like-minded producers - why bother at all? Buy a house somewhere in a resort in Mexico (but check first for good quality drinking water and decent internet connection) - and sell occasional (or frequent) referrals by phone/internet.

For people who actually sell, their system makes sense. For those who are looking to "ride a bus" for a bump from dividend - not so much.

Almost always leading to a revolving door.
You will always have high turnover rate when you hire and train new people. Some won't be committed, some can't sell. Those who stay and do the rigors will do quite well.

You would be looking for the highest return AG, which would be providing also no services or minimal ones. Some people actually look to grow their business, need and appreciate the service and community at companies like ACSIA and LTCFP. As I said before - there is no such thing as "one size fits all".

Hi, I am confident that I can sell LTCi. I think I will be definitely committed. I would like to be part of a community of like minded successful producers.

How can you help me grow my business?

I am not a recruit. I am interested in knowing how you help an experienced producer?

Seriously, even all rookies eventually become top producers. How does LTCFP take these producers to the next level? Especially producers that self generate.

You can poke fun all you want. However if you can't answer my question then possibly Steve is correct. Your organization is flawed.

Or it is a pryamid. And the original founders are the ones being compensated.

Please enlighten us.

Thanks.
