HC.gov Quoting Glitches

Anyone run into zip code/county issues?

The zip spans 3 counties. Sherpa offers all 3.

Hc.gov...just 2.
Norvax....2
BCBSTX....2

The guy refuses to be on the Exchange. (No Sherpa) And the county he lives in is the one not listed.

Its 12% cheaper using the correct county.

Any ideas?

I ran into an issue like this with BCBSIL (off-exchange)last Open Enrollment. We had to enroll over the telephone with BCBSIL. They had the ability to "force" his ZIP into the desired (Kane) county. I had to follow-up with an agent assignment form to take possession of the client though.

We have and what solved the issue was the +4 portion of the zip.

Since the client has refused the exchange I'm sure you've looked at the carriers offering plans in the area via the carrier websites...right?

Yep. The only carrier in this county is BCBS :)
