Health Sherpa 2016 Open Enrollment

1 day Chaz. I would email and ask them to resubmit that app. I have gotten a response in the past within a day.

Wow this is nuts, I've seriously scoured their website and I see nowhere is an email or phone number listed. When I click FAQ it says the page isn't found. When I google it, I found a page where at the bottom it say's Contact Us. You click it and nothing happens.

edit: never mind, you have to log out to find that info

I've only done a few so far and everything has been working great and subsidies are right on the money. I haven't waited more than 6-7 minutes for a confirmation to come back.

The only problem I'm running into this morning is when logging into hc.gov via the broker/backdoor and looking up the app, the "Pay first month's premium" button is gone. So I have no way of bridging over to the carrier's website to select the PCP and input in EFT info.

Anyone else seeing this? I assume since it's on the hc.gov side that it's a hc.gov problem and not a HS problem.
 
Interesting quirk:

New to me client.

Enrolled in a BCBS plan via H.sherpa, app number listed on Sherpa ends in 9982, click on ACCESS button, pull up information, app on H.gov site is ending in 7663, the Sherpa app has no coverage attached, the 7663 has the same plan we enrolled in, exact premium, eligibility notice references app 7663, not the 9982. Click on the app 9982 on H.gov and there is nothing.

Just checked a few of mine. One showed up like you described, but in this instance the client changed address. So the old address shows up on one app, which is likely the automated renewal by HC.gov. The one with the new address that I did also shows up. If you click on the auto renewal plan, it does not show a plan selected.

Another issue I have with HS is the fact that my NPN is not in the correct location on apps sent in via HS. Seems like that could cause me to lose a client if I don't help them each year.

Side note, some of my most recent apps are not showing up on HC.gov thru the access button. Guess it takes a few days (no idea why).
