Health Sherpa 2016 Open Enrollment

Thank you, Sherpa, for bringing BACK the old "font" on the quotes!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's MUCH easier for clients to see CLEARLY on all devices!!!

Please, please, please don't send an email in my name that I did not write and did not authorize. This is wreaking havoc. Clients are getting different instructions from me than from you, when they see YOUR email sent as if it was from ME. What a mess. Please do one of the following, preferably the 3rd one. 1. Turn off the emails sent in an agent's name. 2. Give each agent the ability to switch it on or off 3. Give each agent the ability to switch it on or off, and the ability to customize the wording of each type of drip email. For instance, you have an "app submitted" email, an "approval" email, a "make your payment" email, and a "upload your documents" email. Who knows what other email is being sent in my name. Can we customize the wording of emails sent in our names, please, and decide whether or not to turn it off altogether?

I'm with Ann on this . Problem . . . I spend a lot of time wrapping up when done and setting a date for expectations--then they get this bomb and spend even more time reassuring them that were finished. Creates double work and

Did anyone got this one? I submitted renewal on HS on 12/10 and got this yesterday.

Never seen this. Wonder what happened. . .

You probably have an application stuck (highlighted in yellow) from December 2nd (about that time)...when they changed the enrollment flow.

You can probably just re-submit it at Sherpa...using the QUICK enrollment flow system.

Nope, the one from Dec 2nd that was stuck got cleared yesterday. ;) This one submitted on 12/10. I tried doing it again. Same thing. Yellow.
So clicked Access from old app. Updated everything, got new El. Letter and it transferred me back to sherpa. Of course it didn't let me select new plan.
Figured I'll spend way less on the phone if I'd have El Letter already.

I think it's getting worth. Client just did self-enroll 1h ago and both of us got 3 emails from HS. Last one asking to submit info to Fed Gov or his premium will go up to $***. He didn't even qualify for subsidy. I've read El letter and there are no requirements.

You can't use the ACCESS button route to select a new plan.

You can ONLY select a new plan buy CHOOSING that NEW plan ON the Sherpa quotes....enrolling in that plan ON the Sherpa system....and letting the Sherpa system submit that enrollment TO the govt.

Oh, I know. Per HS email I either have to call HC or do it on their site. Since I was able to get new eligibility letter I hope now we can go to plan selection right away, vs listening tons of disclaimers, questions from HC peeps

It's their job to put through the app, I will handle all correspondence with the client. I don't want any emails sent in my name. I have a Sherpa site with a carrier and they are sending emails with my uplines company name and phone number. I can't get anyone to answer or fix it.

Disagree. I love the sherpa emails. Email them multiple times about payment I don't mind at all.

Healthcare . gov does. They also robo dial and postal mail.

Go for it.

I love the sherpa drip emails. Great job!
