Well, just submitted my first Health Sherpa on Marketplace app for a couple. Got the email, as did the applicant, with the confirmation number. It was with an insurance company I am licensed to sell for 2015 (confirmed with them while there).
I will let you guys know how it goes.
Well. The client got a message from HC.gov, and to see it, they are asking her to create an account, with password. Then they are asking if she wants to apply for coverage. Nowhere on there do they give her the opportunity to put in the confirmation number we got from Health Sherpa.
Now, she's afraid - and so am I - that we have to start all over again, on HC.gov, and that Health Sherpa was just a waste of time.
Any advice?
=======================================Of the 5 or 6 I have submitted, 3 have eligibility letters and 3 do not. Apparently they had an issue with my FFM password, which I changed and resubmitted to HS.
Not sure what the deal is on the 3 without the letter.
