Health Sherpa

So far, I have submitted 9 applications to HealthSherpa on 11/17 (4) and 11/18 (5). They are telling me they are waiting on my FFM password which I have given. I have not received any certification letters and all my clients are still in their Q.

HealthSherpa has no customer service, for I have called several times and only get a recording. Not sure what to do at the time. Should I continue to use these guys?

I agree. I have the same problem

looks like they are working on it just got this on a client I put in.....

Just got an email that they are having a snag at the date hub, all applications are saved and waiting on the fix.

He reminded me of the id/pw issue that I already fixed. It is because our id/pw has to accompany each enrollment to verify that we are FFM certified.

Curious who is answering the questions on behalf of the customer that an agent has to click to complete/fill in at the redirect to hc.gov.... Such as verification of address, income type, etc.....

the password is something new on HS. I received a voicemail from HS saying I need to put in my FFM password yesterday. My partner received the same call yesterday.

No idea why that is required now, but it was not required when I submitted a couple apps this summer on HS.

Bob --- "IF" you got an eligibility letter for that client on HS, you can create an account on HC.gov and use the "find application" link on the main page of the client's account to "drag" the old or recently created application into that account. It works about 90% of the time. Sometime I get errors saying the app does not exist; even though I have a pdf from last year.

Thank you.

I also was asked to put in my password, which I don't know. My client did get an Eligibility Letter, I just need to print it out.

Do I have HER create an account, or do I, to find the "Find Application" Link?

:goofy:

Bob, here is something you can use to guide her. It will provide her a step by step process to set up here account.

Tell her to write the answers down. You might need them next year like we do now.
R
