Hello all! If you are having issues with Healthcare.gov, we are still up and running. Plus:
1) We get every app "in line", so that the consumer qualifies for extension beyond 2/15.
2) When HC.gov is down, our system is smart enough to wait until HC.gov gets back up to get your apps in.
3) Our dashboard retains enough information for you to resubmit apps down the road in case of complication.
it would be great if they could do enrollment a all year. Fingers crossed!2.16.2015 Hit the "Enroll" button at healthsherpa.com and you're presented with: "We're Sorry, We are no longer accepting applications because open enrollment is over, and our government integration does not currently allow us to submit enrollments during the Special Enrollment Period. When they allow us to start submitting enrollments again, we will be back with our 5 minute application. You can still apply at Healthcare.gov, where they will be accepting applications for people with deadline extensions and special enrollment period qualifying events." Could the bolded sentence indicate that HealthSherpa might be back sooner, rather than later...i.e. October 1st? Hope so! ac

I hope so too....If I have to use hc.gov for the next 8 months...........
The "Go Health Insurance" Health Insurance Quotes & Plans - GoHealthInsurance platform is all set up for submitting SEP enrollments until the next Open Enrollment kicks in. Just went through the process all the way to the "Submit to CMS" button. It's not as buttery smooth and streamlined as HealthSherpa.com, but it's a hell of a lot easier than HealthScare.gov.
You can subscribe to use GoHealthInsurance.com. The subscription plans are not as agent-friendly as HealthSherpa and ACAExpress though. The best gift imaginable would be one of these two being able to process Marketplace SEP applications. If GoHealth has HHS approval for SEPs, why can't ACAExpress and HealthSherpa get HHS approval???

Hello Ning,
How is healthsherpa doing these applications without the double redirect process legally?
You are saying that healthsherpa has direct integration with the federal data hub but in the documentation we received from CMS it says:
IRS regulations prohibit third party sites (such as those of Web Brokers and Issuers) from accessing Federal Tax Information (FTI). This restricts the ability to seamlessly integrate the eligibility application (even using web service calls to the FFM) as part of the shopping experience on a partner website. Also, the process for determining eligibility for Medicaid,
CHIP, APTC, and CSR involves a complex UI workflow that is best implemented by the FFM. Consequently, a consumer trying to enroll in a QHP through a partner website would need to be transferred to the FFM to submit an eligibility application.
How is your process compliant?
