No, not at all Houcoogster! HC.gov officials are gloating that nothing was taken, but a malicious virus was uploaded. Duh!
They reset every consumer's password back in the Spring because a malicious virus was making its' rounds through computers all over the country.
They confirm that one was uploaded to HC.gov in July, but say they can't find it. I hope they keep looking.
An uploaded Trojan virus would piggyback the test-code to the main HC.gov system, unpack itself, and then start to delete or change customer data. That's why I made the comment about reported incomes being manipulated.
