How Do You Keep Your Car Organized?

I get tired of the clutter in my car and tired of cleaning it out on Sundays only for it to be trashed on Tuesday. I tried keeping everything organized in the trunk but I don't have much room with golf clubs and fishing gear.
Right now I keep apps in a box that the carrier sends them in, leads go everywhere but I try to keep them in a folder. It would definitely make it less stressful to have some sort of filing cabinet for the car or a shelving system. What do you guys use?
