How is gas, food and electric rate hikes affecting FE sales?

Free trips from the agency ? How do you know that holds water for every agent ? Agency owner ? Last thing some guys want is to fly off somewhere and hang out with a bunch of agents,some not all.

I never want to go on a trip

I have autistic child and cant really travel in the first place

And even if I could a free trip doesn't excite me

I would rather a money bonus every time

I've been on company trips. Like you, I would rather have increased comp and pay for my own trips.

Not every company 1099’s their trip.

I’ve earned about 15 trips. Only 1099’ed one time.

But whether a company 1099’s the trip or not is certainly a consideration.

I wouldn’t want one that is 1099’ed.

And I agree about spending time with a bunch of agents. Especially marketers.

RNA trip I earned there was about 50 qualifiers. Only 9 were there on their personal production.

KSKJ is far different. On the recent trip there was about 50 qualifiers. 40+ were there on personal production.

30 of them were FEX agents. I do very much enjoy spending time with other FEX agents.

And KSKJ nor RNA 1099.

You’re right. I forgot about that. Plus 1’s airfare is 1099’ed. Not the qualifiers.

Or that’s what they say. I’m not sure they actually 1099 even that.

I’ve talked to my fmo 2 times in 4 yrs . I don’t need him . He does zip for me
