The avg agents makes $50k and i don’t know if thats gross . This doesn’t effect recruiters as there not paying for that gas or leads . Inflation effects all. So if an agent does $150k gross and his costs go up $10k a yr of course thats going to affect him . He has $10k less to spend on living exp’s. Prices have skied .But any smart agent is always looking for higher comp and a better lead situation .There’s a lot of good fmo’s out there.
If you don't think there is a Cost of Acquisition to bringing on agents, then you don't understand what an IMO/FMO goes through.

Not too much. Local relationships. Working the book of business. And lay down referrals keep the cost down. Too many agents imho didn't dig wells during the gravy years to weather the bullshit years.
I’ve talked to my fmo 2 times in 4 yrs . I don’t need him . He does zip for me . Why does a experienced fe agent need you Todd except for the highest contracts ?Not being mean just asking . You have no Rgi type fixed cost leads to attract top agents. As far as I know your not giving trips outside the carrier to top agents . Do you have a ding texting system like Boman ? How about morning calls ?You giving 130-135% contacts ? This is a lonely business and I’m in it to maximize profits wether it’s mapd or fe . I have a network of good agents I talk to daily .Seriously your a nice guy Todd . Just like you look to maximize your contracts and perks I do the same . I know a lot of agents are not like that .
How would you get top contracts without a good FMO ?
How does Bowman’s ding texting system work ?
How does this system benefit someone like J.D. ?
How do morning calls benefit top agents, big hitters ?
If an FMO is offering fixed cost RGI leads and the agent writes business off those leads and puts it through a different agency, does that cause a problem ? Is the agent free to do that ? Good for the relationship?
Free trips from the agency ? How do you know that holds water for every agent ? Agency owner ? Last thing some guys want is to fly off somewhere and hang out with a bunch of agents, some not all.
130% 135% contracts? No FMO is offering agents that up front. That is not street. Those contract levels are available and earned.
The TR King agency is really for agents who are ok with being on their own, might need a little hand holding to get started, don’t need much other than top contracts,an agency owner who answers the phone, returns phone calls promptly, does what needs to be done for independent agents as good as anyone else and is probably one of the most honest in an industry full of layered disingenuous pimps trying to make quick buck.

As far as I know your not giving trips outside the carrier to top agents. No, because the producers that produce enough to get something like that are on higher comp levels. They also understand that trips are a farce! Did you know you get those "free" trips added to your 1099? Most agents would rather just have the money.
Do you have a ding texting system like Boman? I'm not sure what he has, but we have our chat feature as well as our exclusive FB page where the we all help each other.
How about morning calls? No, our agents don't want to be tied down to that. Real independence is one of the reason agents come to us.
You giving 130-135% contacts? Yes, to those that deserve it.
