how many lead drops did you do this year?

Unless i missed one, I did 3 WOW!
Spent about 3K to make about 30K or so Just wow!!

Next year I plan to spend $30K+ to make $300K+

I did not make near as much as I should have based on my lead flow/lead spend this year. I'll chalk that up to learning curve and a wee bit of laziness that I was surprised to discover but I am man enough to own up to.

Merry Christmas, @mudhound!

I haven't purchased one this year. I worked AEP at Walmart Booth and wrote about 70 policies in 2 months. I only work full time during AEP and part time through the year. 100 policies per year average. Are lead drops worth the money?

I drop every week, even on weeks I don't plan to work. Spent $36,698 on advertising. 90% direct mail but a little bit of facebook and telemarketing leads in that too.

Can't complain about my ROI

Yes to 15-18k per year during AEP. Generally 20-24k per year totaling. I own another business and will not switch to Insurance full time until I hit 175k per year in renewals. I am about 90K per year now in renewals. First few years I did a lot less, past 3 years has been average 80-100 total policies per year. This year I am stuck at 91, so a little short. My retention is really high. I often wonder what it would take to flip completely to insurance. I do not advertise or make any outbound calls. I did when I started, but the return wasn't worth the work. Maybe my approach wasn't right. Just curious.
