Why wife was hit by a reckless uninsured motorcyclist last month that totaled out her car and killed the biker.

We had canceled our coverage with Progressive 2 weeks earlier and went with an Indy agent that was supposed to put us with Safeco. The guy never turned in the application.....

I just thank god that the guy hit my wife's 2002 Toyota and not my G35.

I hope the agent's E&O is paid up.

I actually agreed to settle up with the guy "off the books". Call me a softie, but I have never been able to be a tattle tale even if it is to my detriment not to be.

As long as he makes good, that is all that matters. The E&O is just insurance in case he can't.

definitely it is a case of o fault .if the client is covered under collision may be he can claim for this.
