5 Star has had an app over 3 weeks. The PHI has been completed. When I call I am on hold over 20 minutes every time.

They tell me they do not have the app.

I am getting no help from my FMO. This is also my first case.

Any one interested in a new agent. I have 24 years experience.

I'm going thru the same crap with them. Case has been with underwriter since the 7th. Every day I call and every day I get another excuse

You need to call them first thing in the AM to get a Customer Service Specialist on the phone within a reasonable time.

I have called them. Newby just called them for me. Still they are stating they do not have the app. I have the fax receipt from them.
 
Does anyone have a contact I can call. I have been on hold over 25 minutes every time I try.

I need someone in upper management.
