I agree, not as bad as you think. But then again, once they really get to know you it might be a different story!

That's why most of us are successful to some degree in the final exp biz.... because the appt doesn't last long enough for our clients to REALLY get to know us. We are like a side of beef or visiting relatives, the longer that we stay around the worse we get to smelling.

TDF, I've heard so many white folks talk about how they like black folks. And it's just for them to prove they're not racist. How do you think Obama won the elections?

If you knocked doors in a middle class white neighborhood, you'd rack up. Some of them would buy from you just because you're black. Then they would tell their friends "My insurance agent is black. He's a good guy."

It's crazy how people's minds work.

I said me working the "rural south" aint happening, not some white middle class neighborhood where they are much more liberal!

And Obama damn sure didnt win cause of the south....he lost almost every state "down there", or did u forget that?

Florida seems to be working GREAT for me...

If we want to go salsa dancing, we can hit some of the nicest places there are..

If we want to go fishing, we troll for Dolphin or anchor up for Snapper and Grouper.

Now we do have to drive a couple of hours to find those nice pockets of Rural FE clients, but that's what pays for the Florida lifestyle that we enjoy.

Everything else aside, I would be right there with you. I try to make at least 1 trip a year down to the panhandle during snapper season. I can't commit now, but I may be open to salsa dancing with you, it would just depend on how nice of a boat that you own.
