Funny u mention ATL, and yes it IS the south, lol.
But I know this & even friends & family that live there TODAY will tell you the same thing. ATL obviously has a large population of blacks, but they will tell you dont go on the outskirts in the rural places....its like going back to 1950's!!
I'd stay in New York. Great weather, low taxes, low cost of living, easy regulations, lots of markets.
Hahaha, funny.....but again, how would you know this?
Thats like me telling an Annuity seller "its easy", how the hell would I know, I dont sell annuities!!
As I said.. That is totally different form the south I know.. Are there white folks here that don't like others simply because they are black.. Yes. Are there blacks here that don't like other people simply because they are white.. yes. Are there places you shouldn't go .. yes.. Are there places I shouldn't go .. yes.. There are places that I went in the 70s when I collected the debit that I certainly wouldn't go to after dark today.. But it has more to do with drugs than race..
Is Cali that much different.?. I doubt it.. As a decrepit old white boy should I be wandering around Watts at night? Don't think so.
There are places in eastern KY nobody should go. Black or white.
As a black man, I feel it is time for me to weigh in.
Yes, annuity sales are difficult. But if you approach them in a straight forward manner with proper prospecting methods- you should be able to make a nice living.
Deliverance?
Actually Deliverance was shot just north of Atlanta....
Thanks for proving my point earlier that smokin didn't believe.... I don't venture out past the city limits of the ATL!
