IHIAA is without a doubt worth MUCH more to an agent than the paltry $19.95/mo it costs. I'm there every morning going over even some of the OLD webinars posted there. If someone is angry about being "stuck" in a year long contract, that person is obviously not even visiting the site. Either that, or they had no intention of selling Insurance to begin with. The tools are all there. Hell, the $400/year E&O coverage is enough savings to cover the cost of the association.
