IHIAA?? New Agent help!

What E&O company do they use or rather do you get for $400?

I have to be protected for annuities. Is that included with that price?

Is there good training on there? I would like to join but I would at least like to check out the site for an hour or so first. I don't buy leads right now, no norvax or whatever it's called and have to use a certain E&O right now called Calsurance.

Even if you don't buy internet leads, John does good webinars on Telemarketing and local marketing.

Oh god man. Run like hell from EMG. You can do a lot better than them. I noticed that same language on my calsurance paperwork and switched E&O, the screwed up part is that the calsurance E&O costs 440 a year that EMG makes you carry, AND it only covers their companies.

The training on IHIAA and on HCO is rather good. I'm currently teaching myself to sell health using that and memorizing common conditional underwriting situations.

Soon as the rest of my HCO appointments are in I'm buying norvax and going full speed but as it stands I've sold 8 health policies in the last 43 days in addition to the medsupp and MA business I've been doing, and I'd blame IHIAA for teaching me how to sell them better. Only sold 1 in december, so some sort of positive change has occurred.

Just did. Read about six links. Garbage.

I was an HCO agent BEFORE joining IHIAA. Those "poor" agents who couldn't pay $19.95/mo for membership probably were not working. I learned a LOT from IHIAA. The forums were great, the groups were great. I learned more from other agents there than I did on the street.

People would complain if their dog pinched out golden turds.

wow JP isnt licensed? since when?

Since 2009. Says he didn't bother to renew because of the time for CE updates but he is able to get renewal commissions.

John does know a good deal about insurance but I would have thought he would have made this known on the forum while he was (and is) promoting his associations.

I know he has mentioned recently that he is no longer licensed and has moved on to other ventures.

No offense to John but Maryland CE requirements must be very unique if his reason not to renew was a time issue. I spend about 30 minutes every 2 years on CE. Anti-Money Laundering training on the other hand seems to be a continual annoyance between doing the LIMRA courses and fixing the problems when a carrier for some reason can't view the completion.

John seemed real fluent with health insurance but was completely lost on life insurance and annuities. He was completely focused on one thing apparently.

I don't blame him at all. I don't focus at all on Health insurance....dang GI state and all.
