John how dare you give people a 12 month interest free "same as cash" options, the nerve of you!
If people don't want the 12 months at $19.95 - here is an idea give John $240 and call it a day!
Just like your NAHU dues and every other association dues. I believe Johns intention was great. Also it is hard to call anything shady that is posted in clear view on the website.

Yea its set up that way cause once people log in and see how stupid they were for joining that there is no way to cancel. Kinda stuck in the mudd for a year. Would rather be stuck in the county jail then give my hard earned money away to you for nothing but some pre recorded weninars. Non of them are live they are all pre recorded. And you dont get phone support either. No one ever answeres the phone. Leave a message and wait 3 weeks for a call back. Nice try but im exploiting your scam

The savings on E & O alone is worth the price of admission. And basically makes the membership free, for the year, yeah, sounds like a trap to me.

The info is coming from me. I am a member and I have not gotten any of the discounts your site offers. I want you to change your policies to give people an option to cancel. Not a site you can dictate and then ask people how your dictate. Oh did that one go over your head?

Wow Ive only been a member a couple weeks but John always responds to calls promptly and replies to email. He even has a webinar calendar (that means there are live webinars) There are also pre recorded sesssions on the web site along with a forum completed devoted to insurance no rancor and no dissension allowed. That doesnt even include the various discounts and ever expanding affinity agreements he has set up for agents.
