You are wrong, I did a live Webinar with IHIAA members which proves you have no clue what you are talking about. The value in pre recording is to archive and view "on demand". I would be fine if they were all pre recorded - the fact that they are live is huge. John also does live chats - I believe daily most of the time - what more do you want?
Ohhh wait you want 24/7 phone support for $19.95/mo - you must be joking. How could John pay to support 1000 agents with 24/7 phone support. I tell you what John for $200,000 a month you can rent my call center to take calls on $19.95/mo members.
All I am saying is let's keep the price to value in perspective - come on now.

I can't begin tell you how many thousands of dollars in free leads we have gave IHIAA members - I could have built a new house with all the freebies.
It just blows my mind for $19.95/mo anyone would have a complaint. Cracks me up...

If I'm not mistaken, Chumps offers it to his association of (at last count) 82,000 + members. He charges NO dues either.
