IMO Release Question

My current IMO just released 4 of my primary FE carriers and have a question for the experts on it. In know the release will allow me to move the contracts to another upline and I thought it would also allow me to move with a higher contract. There is some concern that Foresters and UHL will move the contracts but insist I stay at the same level for another 6 months. If you know (not think that you know or are otherwise unsure) please let me know so I can plan accordingly. Thanks for the help.

The 6 month commission freeze is a common practice with carriers and is the case with Foresters and UHL.

The Reason behind it is that they do not want to see IMO Poaching which uses Higher Comp as an incentive.

Also remember, Foresters has a 3 timers rule. Meaning they will only allow upline transfers 3 times for the lifetime of the agent. The third time is a charm in this case. You will be stuck with the last IMO on your 3rd transfer.

Is this commission freeze still the case with a release form?

Thanks for mentioning the 3 upline rule with Foresters. I had no idea about that one.
