IMOs Who Also Sell Leads...

Reasons to charge above cost:

1) Credit card chargeback risk.
2) Excess lead inventory the agent refuses to purchase (even though they agreed to it).
3) IMO lead campaign management. Having a dedicated person distributing leads for a bunch of agents, queuing up orders, adjusting orders, dealing with the lead house. Lots of work. And like every part of a business, the cost is typically passed on to the end user.

No, no , no! That stuff isn't real! That's pixie dust!
So you have an extra lead or two left over at the end of the week? Pffft!
So a couple of rogue agents don't pay for their leads? Boys will be boys!
So you have to pay a competent employee to run the lead system? Little kids in foreign lands will do that work for $2 per MONTH and be happy to get the work.

I believe Ramiz is right for once. He has uncovered a Gold Mine that is ripe for the taking. Selling direct mail to agents at $30 per lead I a Money-Maker!

I'd jump in there Ramiz. Show them how to do it right!

So Digital your confirming what NSRH was saying generating Long form FB leads. These are ads that mention final expense burial insurance and and there's a cost. The client is taken to a separate landing page were they have to fill the info out . Your saying these are about $7 a lead to generate? Lead vendors on here are selling for $20 and they claim to make little money. NSRH was blasted when he said they cost about $7 to generate.

Don I get blasted often!

Not only are you 100% right but I can even run FE commercials on YouTube, have the prospect push a button, read about FE, manually fill out their info, and have the option to place a call RIGHT NOW for a little more than that price!

Makes perfect sense!

Do agents really charge back on DM and think the leads aren't any good?

I think what Jeff is pointing to is there

FYI - The DigitalBGA.com poster isn't me. I wouldn't have shared our losses..ha.

I thought our YouTube ads were doing great, but apparently we have a lot of room to improve. Nice work.

With our leads they have to write all their info out longhand using old Engkish Script on fine parchment paper. They have to supply their own envelope and stamp. And they have to include an 8x10 glossy photo of themself, their medical records and reference letters from three of their neighbors.

Our agents offices look like a fancy nightclub with a line of well dressed people wrapped around the building hoping to be next to be allowed in. Our bouncer/screener is like the soup Natzi on steroids only letting two more in as two others exit. Every third person he tells " No FE for YOU! Come back 1-year!"

But I ain't bragging.
