Ok, I don't think I can help this lady based on what I've read, but here goes:
I have a client that called me up and said she is moving to a foreign country to teach. She is a US citizen and has lived in TX for many years.
When she moves, she will be moving for many years, but she will have a physical address in the US. The home she owns is in Ohio even though she currently is and has been living in TX.
She wants something to cover her if she gets hurt or sick in a foreign country and is brought back to the US for treatment. The cost is not important.
Any suggestions on if I can do this and if so, how?
