Internet Leads

OK. I wanted to share my limited experience with the internet leads offered by Lee. I purchased 10 leads (I actually received 11). At first I only got one lead a day and after speaking with Lee he did some tweaking and I got my full order the next day.

When I got the leads, it is instant by the way. The second the person hits submit with their information the lead is direct to your email. When I got the leads I would forward them to my appointment setter. Of the 11 she was only able to set two appointments. I know it is too early to say but the internet leads my be DK only, I don't know.

Anyway, of the 11 I've touched base with 6 of the leads and I've made 5 sales.

The down side to the system that Lee has set up is that the leads are for the entire state. If there were a way to have a few agents in the state and only those agent have dibs on certain counties and when the prospect fills out their information they should be able to select their county from a dropdown menu, which would direct it to the appropriate agent.

I'm no computer expert but I think that way would work better. At this point I can't make the internet leads my main lead source since it is for the entire state and I can't cover the entire state. I do feel however that his system is excellent at augmenting your main lead source. Now if Lee were able to break the state up to different agents then I just might make the internet leads my priority with DM as a back up.

This has been my experience.

Total Commission from the 5 sales= $3,082.07 FYC. Lead cost $31 per.

Chris, first off thank you for giving me a chance and secondly thank you for posting your feedback. It is very appreciated. I am very happy to hear that you made sales from the leads and hopefully you will eventually touch base with the remaining few. Getting almost 50% sales from any lead is definitely great and so far that is about the range many have been getting.

The main thing I wanted to touch base with you and everyone else on is that we are almost done getting a county based setup integrated. Everything so far has been more of a trial run to make sure I could do this and provide a quality lead.

I am working with Adam @ FEXQuotes and they are building an entire integration into their systems for me. In the VERY near future, you will be able to log in to your FEXQuotes account, go to a new section in the leads area and select an entire state or specific counties.

The downside is with only a few counties, the volume will be more limited but you will be getting an extremely great lead when it does comes in.

I am already working on more sites and fine tuning everything for this integration. I can't say most people will be able to run a whole business through me but I definitely think I can provide a little bit of quality to your lead flow.

Thanks again, Lee

I'm in California and I was given 1 free lead by Lee. She was about 2 hours away, after a few phone calls and emails, she took a small policy for $456.

I would be very interested in selecting certain counties, no way I could cover the entire state of California.

Looks like many of my recent posts were deleted. It's kind of a shame, I am in no way a spammer or a scammer. I have provided a great product to many members on here, something that is desperately needed in this industry that no one else is doing or has the ability to do. I have backing from many members and FEX Quotes, one of the most trusted and used products for Final Expense yet I am constantly shut down by admins on this forum, I truly don't understand it.

They are enforcing the "offers" policy heavily.

Yeah I guess you guys are right but everything sort of evolved out of this thread. Plus, I dont have enough posts to even use that offer thread.

I've been reading posts on the forum since I found it about 2 years ago, and it has been an excellent resource once I sifted through all of the garbage. You quickly learn whose posts to pay attention to, and whose to ignore.

I've been part time for 2 years and plan to go full time at the beginning of the year. I'm contracted through an IMO not present here on the forum, added Todd King beginning of the year, and 360 more recently. My main goal of late was to find a good lead source.

Earlier this year, I ordered Thad's telemarketed leads, if you're on a budget and can't wait 3 weeks for leads, they're an option that can give a positive ROI, but I wanted to find a better quality lead. About 3 weeks ago on a Sunday night, I saw Lee's post about internet leads. I messaged him, liked what I heard, and paid for 5 leads that same night. I started getting leads the next day. Of those 5, I sold 3, one other was no way, and the last I couldn't make contact with.

I ordered 10 more each of the last two weeks. I've sold 5 and I have one lead that may be nothing, or may result in the largest case I've ever written. I did receive a few leads with bad phone numbers, that were instantly credited as soon as I told Lee about them. Lee has been absolutely direct, honest and straightforward in regards to everything about the leads, how he produces them and how he runs his business. The quality of the leads is outstanding. Most, not all, of the people I've gone to see are not your typical FE prospects. They know exactly why you are there, and they have a specific interest in burial insurance, and seem to have a higher than average income. Definitely, some are easy laydowns.

The only drawback to the Customized Quote leads for me is that I took a whole state and it's a very large geographic area to cover. Now that Lee has set it up where you can select counties, that problem seems to be solved.

Nice!!! I'm glad it looks like someone may have broken the code.
