Josiah David (formerly known as Dennis Lee) is being charged with fraud by the SEC. It is only a civil case for now, but these are serious charges of misleading investors - particularly not having a patent, not having the claimed bank sponsorship and a number of other unethical illegal charges. This is the same guy found by Dateline and the FTC to make fraudulent high mileage claims. The court case exposes a deep connection between JD or DL and Joachim who has been successfully charged with a similar scam.

Well, it won't be anytime soon. Maybe the second coming...maybe. 30 Federal Agents cleaned out his and his partner in crime's (Wife and Daughter) office and home on Tuesday, May 18, 2021. Like locusts, there wasn't anything left but the furniture. No computers, No Servers, No Money, No more Scam. Turn out the lights, the scam is over (sung to Dandy Don's theme).

From the page in the link, click quick, then enter different names Dennis M Lee (aka Josiah David these days) uses in the first field while selecting things like applicant name or other particulars in the second field and go through results. He has lived in NJ for the last at least 20 years. I spent quite a while giving him the benefit of the doubt and didn't find anything. In the off chance you find any proof that he really holds any patents, please post here. He used to claim to have patents back in 90's when he claimed to have machines that would make energy just using magnets or compressors or other things that shouldn't work.

Heavy hitters? Ha Ha Ha. At best, that is past tense. All the rats have jumped ship. Their Chairman of the Board, J. Michael Kafes declared personal bankruptcy. A collection of the dullest knives in the proverbial drawer.

BTW, the biggest hayseed is Scot Armour out of Nebraska. Lotsa hay up there. Out of the 131 scammed investors, Scot Armour sold over 70 Owner Units. At 8% commision on $25K and $50K Units, that's a lot of LOOT...even for a HaySeed! Let the Class-Action Suit begin! I'll be at the top of the list!

Somebody probably will get an SEC whistleblower award for this one.
This guy was the best con man..
I have ever run into..
He even had prayer sessions.
He had a bunch of hayseeds getting investors for him.
J Michael Kaefus probably didn't even know his name was being used.
The Foresters CEO story was probably a fabrication.
His wife was in on it too.
The only thing surprising is how many insurance agents and benefits specialist believed the scam

The prayer sessions should have been the 15th red flag. Some of the worst scams have come from people who actively promote their religion within their insurance or investment practice.

The issue is that most insurance agents and benefits specialists are not actual experts in the law and regulations. They know the products they sell. But not why or how the products they sell are legal. Stuff like this is why being lazy and not learning that side presents a huge danger to your business/career/income/life/family.

yeah, the prayer meetings should have raised flags. There is an old saying "when you hear 'God' and 'money' in the same breath - it's money doing the talking. Unfortunately, con men know that religious people are easier marks. Dennis/Josiah is skilled at making plea bargains and pretending not to understand them later or just stretching out the legal process. Not sure how sorry to feel for people who fall for get rich quick scams.
