Is cold prospecting dead to most agents/agencies?

No, I haven't connected with him yet.

A friend call me a "mensch" a few years ago. Had to look it up before deciding if I should bust him in the mouth or not.

My phone is always accessible to anyone (agent/prospect) who wants to call.

If they are an agent I will give them a LOT of time to ask questions. Never expect (or ask) for anything in return.

If a prospect, I decide in 5 minutes or less if they are worthy of my time.

Agent or prospect, it is not my job to save the world. I ain't yo mama.
 
It just came back alive this week since door knocking is unadvisable for the unforeseeable future. Luckily I have tons of contacts/leads in the database I've built up over the years so it's not complete cold calling. More like luke-warm calling! I thank God for the renewals! :noteworthy:
