Is it seriously Possible to be a Part-Time Agent

ut Mable doesn't purchase insurance because you make a good argument as to why or how she is wrong in not doing so...
But Mable will buy insurance to prove her coachability and willingness to follow the "winning system" in her attempt to become the next "stud".

Any sales organization will likely hire 5, 10, even 20 sales reps to find one who will make a success of it. I started in the real estate business in 1999, and there were 42 people in my real estate licensing class. More than half of them never participated in a single transaction on either the buy or sell side before leaving the business. Six years later, I sold a property management & brokerage firm that I started after striking out on my own in 2002. On the day I sold my business, there were only two others from that original 42 who were licensed and active realtors.

During that six year period, my original hiring broker continued to pack people into real estate licensing courses, only to see most of them wash out, with more than half never bringing a single sale to his firm and most bringing less than a handful. Hiring sales reps is like prospecting for sales: Some will buy, most won't buy. It is sorting those who will from those who won't.

Interesting, in the 3 real estate transactions I've been involved in, not one realtor even mentioned the possibility of signing me up to be on their team. That comparison is also a very cliche one employed by the MLM industry. The hardest thing about MLM social media gigs is trying to be supportive, while at the same time appearing to be an objective 3rd party, because it adds credibility. I think you are showing your true stripes here.

Sometimes the easiest people to sell are salesmen... ;)

Toolbelt was sold... and sold hard... sad but he needs to move on and get a life.

That's OK... but you need to listen a little faster... you might just learn something.
No need to listen when the annual reports are filed publicly. ;)
