Is this ethical or legal?

those videos are the funniest thing i have ever seen in my entire fing life

except that i had the sound up too loud and my wife only heard f this and f that.. she asked if everything was allright

Hahaha. Thats great. I personally don't see anything wrong with people being on the call.

I don't sell Health Insurance, but just an observation. I have noticed that some organizations that provide health insurance and that train via webinars do not monitor the listeners very well. In other words, the company will allow prospective agents listen in, before they are signed up. This is dangerous, because someone could easily give bogus information when registering, with the dubious intention of collecting personal data.

For a newly appointed agent, it is certainly legal and ethical for him/her to listen/watch in on a webinar. It is one of the most effective training methods.

So what is one of the 50 agents listening in decides to take the client's social, checking, etc and go into the identity theft biz?

Those videos are pretty damn funny. I especially like "bring your wife down here and we'll f#$k her too." But truth be told there is a car dealership w/in 20 minutes of me that has a bbb office in their store, it was the only way they could stay open.

There are days I miss the car biz:

"...there are a few cars I'd like to test drive, then a SUV."

me: "You see a ferris wheel on this lot?"

A ferris wheel? Many salespeople ride those things all day, going in circles and getting nowhere, ending up right back where you started.

:spinny:
