I hear Celtic has a individual policy in the State of NJ for only 21 grand a year. Wouldn't mind selling a few of them, wonder if they sold one? Sure we are in NJ, for only 20 grand a year...

Tell me about it. I looked at the rates online and was shocked. 4X the price compared to the mid-atlantic. Gotta love guaranteed issued....key word being issues

I'm almost positive you can't sell individual health insurance there. It may have changed since I looked years back but you must go direct through the companies, Same thing in New York.
