Lead Closing Ratio

Obviously I have never heard Ryan's pitch or his own process, however for those whose work purchased internet leads on a daily basis, Closing 20% of purchased leads is impossible on a long term basis.

Maybe he has them filtered out the wazoo, and is only taking leads in local area, and setting up f2f appointments to write the deals up.
 
As indicated before, I don't care what your closing ratio is since it does not matter. What is your ROI?

Yougotmymoney-I have closed 5 deals ever f2f and they were family. Otherwise I'm selling over the phone/webconference
I do not have a local filter on any company except netquotes and that's in a zip code that only produces 1 lead per month (maybe)
If I was going to pay for crazy filters I'd just buy exclusive leads. My filter strategy won't be put out on a forum though.
MY ROI...well if I'm closing shared internet leads at that ratio you can probably do the math and figure out I have a great return on my money!

As for teaching others to have this similar success I have more than 1 brand new agent making great ratios on their internet leads!
