I have just racked up almost 2k in charges with these guys. I've had no success all month using them yet they won't get on the phone to assist. If you don't know coding, workshops, or how to Set Up campaigns, stay away. They will call you every day and are readily available before you sign up and then they dump you. You can never get immediate support. You have to submit a ticket every time you have a question. They may alott you a 30 min zoom to rush you thru some setup but that's still no good. I would love to post the video recordings of those sessions so you can see how detached they are. If you don't have someone in your agency that is an expert with this stuff, don't do it!! I've asked 1000 times about charges and they told me that I should be charged no more than $300 a day. Still waiting on a call today to find out about all these other charges. Do not, do not use them. I will certainly be filing complaints with BBB, AG and whoever else wants to listen. This should be a crime.

This is why, save for rare exceptions, I always pay with a credit card. That way, when something like this happens, I can just go to the credit card company and dispute the charges. Easy peasy.

Listen, getting scammed by these lead latchers isn't your fault, they're pros at playing dirty. But here's the thing.. they're not untouchable, and I'm already on their trail. You've got the Riskfreak now, and trust me, they've got no idea what's coming.
