Good Morning! I too am a little surprised to read of all the bad experiences. I'm considering doing a Medicare drop with L2S. I've only used them once in Feb 2018 and got a great response. A little over 3% on Walmart FE and 4% on T65. I'm about to mail Medicare. Who are your preferred lead vendors for Medicare AEP?

If you are talking about the Walmart gift card lead for FE I think 3% is low. I did it once and received a much higher response. 4% on T65 is great though. In FL I think most guys average maybe 2%. What state are you in?
