I thought JD was the number one agent for Trinity.

JD is a grinder. He is the type of agent that will be around LONG after the hotshot superstar comes in guns-a-blazing and does 300+k and is gone never to be heard of again. JD might not ever set a record for a single year but he will constantly be near the top on a consistent basis year in and year out.


I have seen countless agents come in and have a good year or maybe two and burn out of the industry from stress and overwork.


Slow, steady and methodical is sometimes the best method in this business.
