Come on don't all you people in California have a prescription for Medical Marijuana?

That's it exactly. The higher contracts are for those who don't need anyone to "make them work." They're called business owners. Many agents are of a different make-up; employees who get a 1099 instead of a W2, those who pay 30% of their income for "free" leads, and need someone over them to "crack the whip on them," make sure they get out of bed and get to work each day. They need a guy like Hale, and he gives them what they need.

This is a bunch of BS in my opinion, of course. You can't "make" anyone be a success in this business. The person that is not self motivated will never make it in the insurance business.

The person that doesn't take responsibility for thier own actions or non actions is just simply not cut out out for this. It's not a matter of if they will fail, it's just when.

Should have clarified that better. I don't believe these are two paths to the same successful outcome. Those dependent on management to "crack whips" to get them to work don't make it. They're seeking what they think they need to succeed. It rarely works out. We don't disagree.

Sorry for my clueness...But who is SR and BLC? I know who AGLA is....another fine and crappy company....The guy that runs AGLA in my area, Phil Vacarello is a big piece of tool.....Dont get me started on that ***.

FYI....One that gets a BJ in a closet will come out smiling w/o any guilt.....

I don't know SR believe it to be Senior Life. However BLC is Bankers Life and Casualty.

Thanks for the clarification xrac..... I don't know if SR does business in Calif... I know Bankers does. I know a few agents that went there and haven't been successful. Bankers for what I been told micro manages you to the point that you feel like a W-2 employee but with 1099 benefits. They penalize you for not being in at the office at a certain time. Like if you are clocking into work.
