Every time I read one of these threads, I feel so sorry for LH and SR.

Every agent they hire must either fail or move to a differnt company. Every policy they write must either be replaced, lapsed or contested.

It is a wonder the doors stay open.

.Just spoke with a lady that was a pretty fair agent with AGLA. She listened to an LH recruiter and signed on about 6 months ago. I asked her if she was still with LH. She replied she was taking a break for a while. Translation: She is no longer in the business. She did not say how much her lead and debit balance was but I got the impression it was sizable.

Sounds like LH and BLC are neck and neck for training the most agents.

Sorry for my clueness...But who is SR and BLC? I know who AGLA is....another fine and crappy company....The guy that runs AGLA in my area, Phil Vacarello is a big piece of tool.....Dont get me started on that ***.


FYI....One that gets a BJ in a closet will come out smiling w/o any guilt.....

I don't care about the whole dogfight over LH and SR, but what good is a 110% contract if you don't sell anything? If at 80% someone will make you work so you'll actually make money, isn't that better than 110% where you IMO doesn't even know your name?

That's it exactly. The higher contracts are for those who don't need anyone to "make them work." They're called business owners. Many agents are of a different make-up; employees who get a 1099 instead of a W2, those who pay 30% of their income for "free" leads, and need someone over them to "crack the whip on them," make sure they get out of bed and get to work each day. They need a guy like Hale, and he gives them what they need.

Finding agents that actually want to work hard or have a great worth ethic is becoming a dieing breed. Any agent can make it if they work hard in any system that they can thrive in.

"LH isn't evil unless you worked for them". I am more biased against them since I witnessed the "evilness" first hand. I seen way more unethical behavior then I care to mention. Having a manager giving out free 420 at the end of the day and using the old pure pressure school boy techniques isn't evil, then I don't know what is. That's just the manager issues. I can list several other problems with this outfit and the Powells.
