Why would he have a problem posting his real name and numbers? One post and already spewing the kool-aid??
Maybe I got my panties in a wad but Lee, but for the most part everyone knows the real names of the agents like you, Todd, JD, Scott, Jacob, Dave, ME, etc., etc. I have nothing to hide. Does he? I just want to know if he is one of those that recruits but is so far in debt for leads and chargebacks that he is drowning. That can be very misleading for new agents coming on here seeking info.
I realize that it is a choice and an option to post real name, but why not? If he is going to come on here pour the sugar as to why someone would want to sign with LH then why not post his numbers so that we can all see how well he is doing?

Ron, all I saw was a guy posting that he knew the person the other guy was giving second hand info on. Sounds like he likes where he works. I did not see anything about numbers or pie in sky.
I did not feel that I was attacking you. The whole numbers thing? I throw up a little when anyone starts posting their monthly or annual premium. So many newbies on here are going to feel they are going be the exception and hit those numbers in the first year or two. On the real name thing, yeah many of us know who each other are. In my case, like a lot of posters here, people reach out to me with questions. But I can control it some what. Many of the other posters do not want their name generally known.

Every marketer I've ever encountered uses pie in the sky numbers and flat out BS to recruit.
They will all tout the one agent that is killing it with their system. Of course they are not going to tell you about the 100's that failed or the top agents that are underwater on lead and chargeback costs.
It's the nature of this business and why this forum is so valuable and also why the major offenders hate this forum's existence and the posters here that out them.
I even had one marketer that is a regular here provide my posts to a company that I was contracted with.
But they worry needlessly. The agents that fall for that crap will still fall for it. I know of one agent that got all the info from the forum and from members here about all the FE IMO's and companies. Was warned about LH from many people and shown alternatives and then signed up with LH anyway.

Yup, some things never change. Back in the stone age when I started John Hancock would introduce every newbie to the big dog in the office. Talk about his car and house. Never mentioned all the guys having to borrow gas money.
The weekly meetings were basically rah rah meetings where we learned how to put up bogus numbers.
You would probably be more interested in my net worth! For the record dude, I am not a "recruiter". LH/GM has been good to me. Don't hate on people who have a different opinion and may make a better living there's plenty for everyone!

You're just drinking the kool-aid for now. You seem intelligent enough to figure it out over time. I'd like to hear your story then.
BTW, there was a time that I bragged on LH too.

I have read through this whole thread and haven't seen a single person trying to recruit. How was he spewing kool aid?
Someone made a post that had incorrect info and he corrected him. Then stated that they might be surprised if they actually talked to them. How is this a marketer?
In regards to the numbers ... why would that matter. If his personal production was high would that make his opinions seem more sincere? Maybe the forum can rank everyone by personal production instead of the number of posts they make.
I would post my numbers to make this post seem more legit. But I don't want to make Lee throw up a little when he reads it

I asked for your name and numbers because you encouraged the OP to call her or Mr. Hale. Then you stated "if you meet their qualifications." As if you need to have production history in order to come on their team. I should have never asked for your production and I apologize for that. I only asked for your name because I wanted to know if you are a personal producer or a manager.
I am not hating on you. And I definitely am not interested in your "net worth." I am definitely interested to know if you personally produce or only manage. I would like to know if you are the real deal. If you had more posts you could PM me your name so I can see where you are on the "Success Monthly" newsletter. BTW, I am also not hating on LH. You can go back in my history of posts and see where I have never "hated" on LH...I wrote a LH policy last week.

If he is a producer writing his own business I will apologize and walk on broken glass and then step in a puddle of alcohol. LH has been very very good to me too.
I should have never asked about production...just if he was a manager or producer...I got carried away in my moment.
My opinion as to his opinion would not be swayed in any way due to his production amount, or his "net worth," just if he is producing. Someone in the daily grind purchasing leads and running appointments, experienced with being concerned with lead debt and chargebacks. Someone that answered an ad on craigslist trying to better himself and support his family.
I am still interested to see where he (Puregold) is in the newsletter.
Lastly, again, I am not hating on anyone.
