LH Agressive Recruiting

I realize on the whole hype thing.....but what I am getting at is that they are resorting to texting people to recruit to interview. thats a new low to me....I guess if your young and live on your phone via text then it will work for you...Maybe that is the type of agent that LH wants, young kids that text all day on the phone
LH isn't the only one. Matter of fact, I got a phone call robo call from an outfit selling annuities somewhere from California. It is a new low that most marketing is resorting to since they are finding ways around the traditional DNC landlines and cable.

As far as getting bashed it makes me laugh. To me it's a wonder how so many people have so much time that they can spend their whole day on here. I'm way to busy to spend my days in such a way and is why I hardly post on here. I'm busy growing and making thing happen.
There are so many that are offering advice on things they have no clue about. I genuinely care about the people I work with and bend over backward to help our agents and the managers reach their full potential.
I am open to showing my leads & chargebacks to anyone that I work with. I am also willing to show any and all my numbers from day one including:
Personal Production
Leads Cost
Chargebacks
Group Production
Net Income
Ect.
Again I've only been in the business for 5 years and show my numbers for one reason. Because I have worked for other places in my life that lied about the opportunity. You don't have to like, agree, or even care what I think. But bottom line is the numbers don't lie and for the right people that will listen to me, I can show them exactly how to duplicate what I've done.
As far as personal production I sold 62 apps my first month and averaged $23K+ a month while training new agents. Nothing has been handed to me and I've worked my butt off to earn everything I have. Last month my group wrote 1074 new applications for $569,733 in AP. We are pushing to hit $8 million in new business this year and will find a way to make that happen.
The reason we are recruiting so heavy is we have a surplus of Tv and direct mail leads in certain areas. Once we fill those positions with the "right people" we won't recruit in them. We have several areas where we aren't recruiting, because we have the manpower in place.
I understand that there are plenty of recruiters that are selling the pie in the sky and I'm not one of them. This isn't a good fit for everyone and no not everyone is going to make it here. But if you enjoy what we do and you will plug into our system you will be successful. If you wish to duplicate my results you better be ready to work!
I not about getting into it with people that have had a bad experience or whatever. For me that's not the case and I know a ton of people that are doing very well here. I am just trying to find the right people and do what I can to help them be successful.
If you have better numbers then offer advice, if not keep your opinions and advice to yourself. There are to many good agents you are influencing with your bad information.
There are also some very good producers that use this and that offer a lot of benefit. This site would be a better site if things didn't go so far off topic and made into a joke.
My advice to anyone that is looking to be successful is put your blinders on and go to work. If you are willing to do whatever it take you can have whatever you want. Don't buy into or listen to the negativity around you, focus on the positives and cut ties with the cancer.

Your problem with this forum is that people here know exactly what you all about.. You are constantly reruiting because that's the whole show for you. No one has ever said that it wasn't a good deal for the marketeres. It's just not a good deal for the producer.

It was a good deal for me as a producer! I was successful as an agent for many years before I started to share my knowledge with new agents.
It must have worked for Adam too if he wrote 62 apps his first month. And averaged 23k/month for his first year.
Some people are content with being a personal producer forever. Others want more. I can't knock him for wanting to reach for the stars. Recruiting and sharing your knowledge is one way you can get there in this biz!

Temporary success as a producer just to recruit is not really sucsess as a producer. The guy that has the FE101 site had one really great month as a producer.. He's not even in the business anymore.
And I don't believe for a second tht he did $275,000 in personal production writing LH in one year.
It isn't a good deal at all for a producer with LH. Its an ok deal for a manager if they can make it through the first 2 years. Then, if they are still around, they pretty much sold there soul to the LH store.
All I suggest is start recruiting heavily and selling a lot of LH policies. We all love to run into more of them.

Adam Hale does work hard and should be proud of his success. The reason why this forum is a bad place to discuss it is because the majority are informed enough to know you can do as good or better with less work and less debt.
Adam expects you to work 50 hours a week and not only work your leads but knock on 10 doors per house you visit. He expects you to get in that door and make a sale. All this on a 75% or 80% contract or whatever.
We all know you can buy direct mail leads, work on 115-125% contracts, and if after a bit of training we actually worked 50 hours a week with the 10 neighbor survey method we would make a ton of money. Especially considering our FE products cost quite a bit less!
So with that being said LH is great for the new guy and it can be long term great for any agent that doesn't wise up. If you drink the LH koolaid forever and never peek onto this forum and have your eyes opened to the kind of money you could make with that kind of effort than you can do well at LH and never know what you are missing out on.
So technically you can have success with LH, and honestly Adam Hale is a FE machine and has worked hard, but the LH formula just doesn't apply to an agent that is actually informed about this business.
As far as why he is always aggressively recruiting well I think it is obvious. #1 you just have the majority of people that can't hack it. 50 hours a week knocking on doors and getting in homes to sell FE isn't for everyone. We've established this regardless of LH. So people drop like flies (and probably with a good bit of lead debt) and crawl back to their 9-5 office jobs. #2 you have the agents that wise up. If you kick butt as an agent for 3 months at LH it won't be long before you wonder what else is out there. You discover a place like this and the world opens up to you.
Imagine being a successful LH agent and stumbling upon the latest interview Scott just did from fexcontracting with Gary. Dude is 70 years old and in a little over 2 weeks has done like 8k in AP. Any good LH agent is going to wonder how to get in on that.
Not sure if Paige is still doing just 100% LH but as she gets better and better she will be sick of dealing with small commissions, selling an overpriced product, and lead debt. It's just natural. So Adam will always be recruiting, how can he not be? I guess the obvious answer is offer higher contracts, less scary lead debt, and a better priced product.....but then I suppose the money wouldn't be as good.
But with the work ethic Adam has and the training he provides I don't know why he doesn't do his own thing and form his own agency like jdeasy and the rest. Seems like that would be better in every way.
