Liberty Bankers and United Home Life Niches

We put our insulin with LBL almost everytime. If they have direct express which is rare and they are healthy, we go to LBL. Someone mentioned Gerber as a last resort. We have them also but we use NGL for all GI plans. Great rates. Great commission. Lifetime renewals. They take direct express and credit and debit cards and pay on it.

Best part about NGL? We can sell all over the phone but even if you're in the home, the call is super ridiculous! It's literally a 60 sec call and its all automated!!

How does NGL have GREAT rates??? For the agent maybe since they will make a higher commission on an extremely expensive GI product.

Gerber male 65 @ 10K= 68.29 month
NGL male 65 @ 10K = 107.50 month.

How are those great rates???:nah:

NGL is super cheap.Lol its 40-50% more expensive than gerber, vantis or moo. Matter of fact that and kemper are the 2 most expensive out there and that's why they pay life time renewals.Todd just curious what does an imo make with ngl?A basic agent makes 70%. Can an imo make 100%?

LBL Takes direct express and gives you the option of you an advance on comission or not.

UHL takes Alzheimer's and Dementia, CHF as their express issue ROP. They do not lower your commission on this product. Better than writing a gerber and getting a smaller comish that's paid as earned.

Both companies do POS and most of the time give you a yes or no answer on phone.

Is uhls express issue rop their gi product?

Don't think so ;--)
..........

I didnt either and im pretty sure the only product they have for alzheimers and dementia is their gi.

Express issue for Alzheimers. Not their GI. depending on the age of the client less expensive than Gerber with full commissions.

Just emailed you a copy of the app.

It is not the GI plan. It is their Graded Plan Express Issue.... No change in Commission with that plan....

The FE plan has 3 options like most do. All paid the same Commission level.
1. Premier (Level DB) Best Rate. Based on Table 4 as Standard
2. Deluxe (Level DB) Based on Table 8 as Standard
3. Express Issue (Graded/ROP) Based on Table 16 as Standard. (Goes down to age 25)

The GI is also available, but hardly sold as there are much better options
